Dr. Mary Anne Cooper
Principal
Dr. Mary Anne Cooper has been in the education field since 1991 when she began her career in Baltimore City Public Schools. In 1997, she and her family moved to Worcester County where she taught 7th grade at Snow Hill Middle School. While at Snow Hill Middle, she was a Resource teacher, Curriculum Planner, and Assistant Principal. In July 2013, Dr. Cooper began her tenure as Principal at Snow Hill Elementary School. Dr. Cooper received her Bachelor's degree from the College of Notre Dame and her Master's degree from Salisbury University. She graduated with her Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University in 2011

Mrs. Jennifer Howard
Assistant Principal
A Worcester County Public Schools alumni, Mrs. Howard began her education career in 2010 at Pocomoke Elementary School as a Music Educator. In 2017, she stepped out of the classroom to become a School Counselor at Worcester Technical High School. She received both her Bachelor and Master Degrees from Messiah College in 2010 and 2015, respectively. In 2021, she received her Leadership Education certificate from Salisbury University. Mrs. Howard is eager to serve the students, parents, and community members as an Assistant Principal at Snow Hill Middle School! In her spare time, she enjoys being active, outside, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Mrs. Karen Baker
Assistant Principal
Mrs. Baker has been an educator since 1989 and has worked in Worcester County since 1996. She has served in many roles over her career. She has been a classroom teacher, a reading specialist, a school testing coordinator, and a district assessment coordinator. Mrs. Baker received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Salisbury University.
